Due to shipping and packaging requirements, the minimum order amount is $30.00
Email addresses are shared with UPS as a convenience to allow the customer to track their shipments. Agreeing to our shipping policy also means that you agree to share your email address with UPS to obtain tracking information and updates.
Methods of Payment:
Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express are gladly accepted. ABSOLUTELY NO CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.
All orders will be shipped within one week of receipt. Please allow 5-7 days for processing/handling. Orders will be shipped to street addresses ONLY, as our carriers DO NOT DELIVER to P.O. Boxes.
Packages are generally shipped on Mondays thru Wednesdays depending on product availability and weather conditions.
Please be sure to include an accurate day time telephone number in the event that we need to contact you regarding the status of your order.
If for any reason you, the customer, are not completely satisfied with the quality of our product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Customers may return the properly packaged product at their own expense for internet credit or electronic gift certificate. Shipping is non-refundable and must be repaid if internet credit is given.
CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN IN THE EVENT OF THE FOLLOWING:
- Customer provided an incorrect shipping address when placing the order
- Customer did not specify whether they required a release signature for delivery
- Customer selected products or quantities in error
- Products were delivered fresh, intact, and as described on website, but customer simply did not care for the ‘taste’ of the product or it did not meet their expectations.
- Customer did not contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Customers shipping packages to the following states will have the option of selecting next day, second day or ground delivery:
ME, NH, VT, NY, NJ, PA, CT, RI, DE, MD, MA, MI, OH, KY, WV, TN, VA, NC, SC, IN
NEXT DAY OR SECOND DAY DELIVERY ARE THE ONLY OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO RECIPIENTS IN ANY STATE NOT LISTED ABOVE.
We do not offer an international shipping option. We cannot guarantee our product’s condition when shipped internationally so we do not ship outside the continental United States. For this reason, we also do not ship to Hawaii or Puerto Rico.
Multiple Shipping Addresses:
Each shipping address is treated as a separate order. If you wish to have your order shipped to multiple addresses, please place each order separately.
Please understand, due to a tremendous demand we may occasionally be out of a particular product. If this is the case, we will deduct the cost of the item from your bill or we may substitute it for a similar product.
Unexpected weather conditions, or other “acts of God” can account for unanticipated delays, lost or mishandled packages.
In the event of any delayed delivery, ONLY the perishable items of your order will be replaced; however, the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges on the replacement order – unless the customer selected the insurance option at the time the original order was placed.
