CURRENT SHIPPING & PAYMENT POLICY
SUMMER SHIPPING POLICY IS IN EFFECT:
Due to extreme temperatures, ALL orders will be shipped via FedEx Overnight Service. No other options will be available. (Standard FedEx rates for Overnight Service will apply based on weight and delivery destination)
**PLEASE NOTE:**
- We do not ship orders for Saturday or Sunday delivery.
- Orders received on Wednesday before midnight (EST) will ship Thursday.
- Orders received on Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday will ship Monday.
Methods Of Payment For Online Shopping: We only accept Visa or MasterCard for online orders.
Mail Orders: We only accept certified checks or money orders. We cannot accept personal checks. To request a mail order catalog please contact us at 1-800-487-5275 or via email.
Please read our ordering policies carefully to avoid any ordering/shipping complications:
Delivery Monday-Friday ONLY. We do not ship orders for Saturday or Sunday delivery. **All orders will be shipped within one week of receipt. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing/shipping.** Any orders that include an "Overnight" shipment request must be received by 12 Noon (EST) the day prior to the delivery date.
Once your order is placed and we have assigned a FedEx tracking number, we will e-mail you with a confirmation (which will include the tracking number). You may track the status of your order at anytime simply by going to www.fedex.com. Please use a street address for shipping purposes, as we CANNOT deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Question- After I place an order, when can I expect it to arrive? Answer- During our normal season all orders $100 or more will be shipped FREE of charge via FedEx 2nd Day Service (standard FedEx rates based on weight and destination apply if Overnight Service is requested). All orders UNDER $100 will be charged for shipping (standard FedEx rates based on weight and destination apply) FedEx 2nd Day orders will ship "2nd Day Service" from when it is "shipped"-not 2nd Day from when order is "placed".

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as you receive the package. You MUST contact us NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS FROM TIME OF DELIVERY
Please review the following EXCEPTIONS of our refund policy:
- Customer provided an incorrect shipping address when placing the order.
- Customer did not specify whether they required a release signature for delivery.
- Customer selected products or quantities in error.
- Products were delivered fresh, intact and as described on website, but customer simply did not care for the 'taste' of the product or it did not meet their 'expectations'.
- Customer DID NOT contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Shipping Limitations: We do not offer an international shipping option. We cannot guarantee our product’s condition when shipped internationally so we do not ship outside the continental United States. For this reason, we also do not ship to HAWAII, PUERTO RICO or ALASKA.
Multiple Shipping Addresses: Each shipping address is treated as a separate order. If you wish to order for multiple shipping addresses, please place each order separately.
Availability : Please understand, due to a tremendous demand we may occasionally be out of a particular product. If this is the case, we will deduct the cost of the item from your bill.
