Mr. Shand, we have tried to contact you on several occasions with no luck, and no response to our phone calls.
During the process of upgrading our website an error occurred with the weight of the product you are discussing. The information for hurka has since been updated to reflect the accurate weight of the product. We are very happy that you have brought this to our attention and customer feedback is greatly appreciated here at Karl Ehmer.

Glad to see you at Ehmers frequently check the reviews. But the bad news is that you have deleted two of mine that were not favorable without contacting me to either let me know or address my comments. I'm glad to notice that you have corrected the weight of your hurka links, but $9.00 for a very small piece of sausage is not good value. And your customer service is shoddy. The bricks-and-morter Ehmers that was in my neighborhood was run by very nice people before it was closed. Too bad those at the internet headquarters aren't as nice.

I HAVE ENJOYED TIROLERWURST SINCE I WAS 10 AND ABSOLUTLY LOVE IT. IT TASTES MUCH BETTER SLICED THICK THAN THIN.

We have been enjoying Karl Ehmer hams for Easter over the past 20 years.
My Husband's mother was buying Ehmer producs when I met her 37 years ago.
Our daughter was married last year and wanted to host Easter we ordered in two Bone in Smoked Hams for the holiday.
Her husbands famlily also joined us, when they sat down and were instructed to try a small amount of home made honey mustard sause on the ham the conversation stayed on the ham for the next 20 minutes.

I have been buying these for years after one was given to me as a gift. Exspensive? Yes! But worh every cent. Simply the best quality ham I could find in my area. Not overly salty. Naturally sweet.
